- Lifecycle management of the terminal with periodic supplies (rolls of paper delivered every 3 months)

- 1st level help desk*: mon to sat from 8.30 to 19.30; sun and holidays from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00. This service also manages terminal substitution
- 2nd level technical assistance*: mon to fri from 8:30 to 17:30
- Connectivity to acquirers from primary site and secondary site
