Terminal installation maintenance andĀ  assistance

  • Lifecycle management of the terminal with periodic supplies (rolls of paper delivered every 3 months)
  • Advanced terminal replacement program: we fix or simply replace non-functioning terminals or devices within hours

Service managementĀ 

  • 1st level help desk*: mon to sat from 8.30 to 19.30; sun and holidays from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00. This service also manages terminal substitution
  • 2nd level technical assistance*: mon to fri from 8:30 to 17:30
  • Connectivity to acquirers from primary site and secondary site
  • Hosting of applications on primary and secondary site
  • Maintenance and securitization of transaction data (tokenization)
